Continuing Education

 
The SEED Symposium offers continuing education credits for specific professional disciplines. You must be registered for the Pre-Symposium Workshop or general SEED Symposium to receive credit and pay the certificate fee online. In addition, you must complete an evaluation form, which will be provided at the end of the Symposium.

A certificate will be emailed and/or mailed within 4 weeks.

The University of Massachusetts Medical School is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Massachusetts Medical School designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nursing Statement: This offering meets the requirements for 11.4 contact hours for nurses as specified by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in nursing (244-CMR 5.04). Each nurse should claim only those of credit that he/she actually spent in the education activity.
 
Other Disciplines: All other professionals will be eligible for 9.5 continuing education hours from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. A generic certificate will be provided for self-submission.
